Mid-way through my Media, culture and communication program at NYU, I persuaded my advisor to let me use the rest of my 16.5 credits to study digital design and graphic design.

2016.1 - 2016.8
I used to believed graphic is design. But then at the filmmaking class at NYU Tisch, I was asked to plan every steps of my production and defend every shot decisions.
My UX career started in that class.
2016.9 - 2017.6
During my 9 months at NYU Tandon, I worked with fire fighters from the NYFD to develop interactive training modules. This was my first attempt to bridge end users and our dev team.
The research team has since been partnering with the NYFD to develop training programs.
2017.6 - 2018.3
We designed a marketing and task management combined solution for I Love Kickboxing within 3 months. We sticked to the MVP plan and an agile process therefore was able to efficiently deliver the pilot program, gather user feedback in budget and on time.
2018.3 - Present
The fun of chatbot design lies in the zero-delay feedback loop. Since chatbot designer knows at once whether his design is effective once the campaign is launched, he or she has to plan a few steps ahead in order to test hypotheses methodically.
Today, we are working with BMW UK, Fujitsu, Currys PC World and Colorado Stated University in Chatbot marketing campaign.
